Ashling Park Brut Rosé NV is made from a blend 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier, picked from the estates’ vines in the picturesque hamlet of West Ashling, near Chichester. Copper salmon in colour with an inviting nose of summer red fruits and brioche aromas. The palate is full flavoured with great intensity of red fruits; strawberry, cherry and redcurrants on a long, creamy finish.
