 SALES & DELIVERY

• Wine is a product and which is subject to vintage changes.  Whilst every effort will be made to supply the vintage ordered, in certain instances we reserve the right to supply an alternative vintage provided the quality is comparable and the cost is no greater to you.
• In the event that a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.
• Voucher codes are subject to application. They may not be applicable with sale items or other discounted lines.
• Delivery is free PO1-PO6.
• We aim to deliver next day, however in cases of wines not being available at the time order is placed we have the right to back order the wines and deliver once back in store or provide an alternative or refund for the out of stock item.
• Free click & collect, orders will be ready to collect within 24 hours subject to availability (see above regarding unavailable items).
• Free delivery on orders over £150
• Standard UK delivery – £4.99 – please allow 3-7 working days.
• Unfortunately we cannot deliver to the following postcodes: Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, isle of sciliy, IOM, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Southern Ireland

AGE RESTRICTION

• We won’t sell wine to anyone who isn’t 18 years old or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• If you are buying a case of wine as a gift – the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
• If our delivery drivers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the wine is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our delivery drivers will be unable to leave the wine.
• Once the wine has been delivered, according to your original delivery instructions, it becomes the recipient’s responsibility.

DATA PROTECTION

• By providing your details to camberwines.co.uk on our website, you consent to camberwines.co.uk maintaining, recording, holding and using the information you give at the time of ordering to process your orders, to improve our service to you and inform you of promotions. All data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
• We take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party without your permission, other than where we have to do so to get your wine to you, e.g. our delivery company. From time to time, camberwines.co.uk may send information about discounts, free stuff and personalised offers on wine and champagne, including many exclusive deals, unless you have told us not to do so by ticking the ‘opt out’ box.

CANCELLATIONS

• In order to cancel your order you must call us on 02392 755225 or notify us by email on info@camberwines.co.uk.
• We shall reimburse the price of the wine within 30 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation.

RETURNS

• If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.
• You must notify us of all wines which are due to be returned for any of the reasons above within 30 days from delivery of the wine. You can call us on 02392 755225 or notify us by email on info@camberwines.co.uk

 LOYALTY CARD

• One stamp awarded for every £30 spent in a single transaction.
• Collect 6 stamps to receive £10 off your next purchase.
• Loyalty cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Loyalty cards valid until 30th November 2023
• Loyalty cards are not valid against the purchase of gift cards or vouchers.
• For online purchases once you have collected all stamps, please claim £10 off your next purchase in store.
• Stamps are non-transferrable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other card or offer.
• Camber Wines will not accept liability for lost or stolen loyalty cards, but damaged cards may be replaced at our discretion.
• Camber Wines reserves the right to refuse to accept a Loyalty Card, where it reasonably suspects that the Camber Wines Loyalty Card may have been stolen, tampered with, duplicated, or obtained in another illegal way.
